3. 보유 및 이용 기간
개인정보는 처리 목적 달성 시 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보는 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

6. 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 전자적 파일의 경우 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 계정 삭제
이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 앱의 MY 화면에서 회원 탈퇴를 선택하여 직접 진행할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보를 제외한 개인정보가 삭제됩니다. 문의는 admin@lashour.com로 접수할 수 있습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 접근 권한 관리, 전송 구간 암호화, 저장소 암호화, 접속 기록 관리, 보안 업데이트 등 개인정보 보호를 위한 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

3. Retention period
Personal data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or the member withdraws, except where retention is required by applicable law, in which case it is kept for the statutory period.

6. Destruction
Electronic files are deleted using an unrecoverable method, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. You can delete your account directly from the MY screen in the app; upon deletion, personal data is removed except where retention is required by law. Inquiries: admin@lashour.com.
8. Security measures
The Company applies access control, encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, and regular security updates.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and the Company does not knowingly collect their personal data.
